For the last several years, weather conditions and young plants have produced low yields which were taken to the local community crush for oil. 2010 brought very favorable weather and a more mature orchard that produced over 14 tons of olives and 700+ gallons of exceptional extra virgin olive oil.

Our olives came straight from the mechanically harvested or hand picked bins to the on-site mobile press; the entire process being completed within one and a half days. This means that the time from the tree to the mill and into the argon blanketed drum was less than an hour for maximum freshness and free acidity, peroxide values and absorbance values that are far below the COOC maximum requirements for EVOO designation.

We offer you our premium quality EVOO in your choice of bottles, 5 gallon containers or in sealed 55 gallon food grade drums with liners and blanketed with argon.  In 2011, our Extra Virgin Arbequina received a Gold Medal and our Extra Virgin Mission won Gold and Best of Class at the Mid-State Fair.
