Since our childhood, we have been in love with olives.  That love grew into a dream that we realized in 2006 as we planted over 4300 olive trees on our cherished acreage in the rolling hills, of San Miguel, California. After several years of nurturing our beautiful trees, they yielded an incredible 14+ tons during the exciting January 13, 2011 harvest.  The field was dry, the sky was cloudless, and the sun warmed everyone involved in the harvest. Due to these perfect conditions, the olives had no problem making it to the on-site press within minutes. The resulting 700+ gallons of first cold pressed, extra virgin oil, covered in argon, is now resting in cool storage in 55 gallon food grade containers and liners.  This exceptional EVOO is waiting to be shipped to you.
